Instructions on Purchasing Season Tickets:

Click the button that says "Get your ticket(s) online at Tix."
If purchasing a season ticket, click the green button that says "Buy Tix."
Select your quantity and ticket type (Adult or Student/Senior) and click "Add to Cart."
Click "Continue."
Enter Information:

Enter your email address.
If you have an account with that email address, you can log in. If not:
Provide your information (First name, Last name, City, State, Zip, Phone).
Click "Continue."

Create a password.
Click "Create Account."
Click "Continue."
Enter Payment Information:
Click "Continue."

Once you've purchased your season ticket, you can pick your dates now or at a later date:
Through Tix.
Or, by contacting the Box Office.

Booking Through the Box Office:

After purchasing your season ticket, you can book your dates through the Box Office:
Call 630-355-7969 leave a message with your name and the dates you'd like to attend. If you need to change your dates for any reason you can call us, and we'll exchange them for no charge. Our box office phone is a voicemail. We will return your call within a business day if there is a nee for a follow up.

Summer Place entered my order for me. How do I get into Tix??

We entered your order using your email address. Visit https://summerplacetheatre.tix.com/PWReset.aspx to create your own password and then you can access your account.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes. The box office is open 1 hour before the performance starts. Cash, check or charge (MC, Visa, Discover). Tickets are $3 more at the door than if purchased online. 

Can I buy tickets over the phone?

While online purchasing is quick and easy, you can also call our voicemail at 630-355-7969, leave your name, phone number, and your order, and we'll call you back to confirm. Please note, there is not a box office staff answering these calls, so you will need to leave a message with your information. We will happily get back to you within a business day!

 

Where are the performances?

We are back in the auditorium at Naperville Central High School, 440 Aurora Ave, Naperville, IL 60540. The auditorium is on the west side of campus, bordered by Aurora Avenue, West Street, and Hillside Road. Our banner is over the door. Door 24. The doors are numbered. ONLY door 24 is available for entering the theatre.

How much is parking?

Parking is free!

Are there group rates?

Yes! Buy 15 or more tickets for a given show, and save 20%. Contact boxoffice@summerplacetheatre.org or call us at 630-355-7969 and we'll make the arrangements. You can't get the discount online, so email or call.

Specials for senior centers?

Yes! Your event coordinator can attend free when you bring a group!! Write the boxoffice@summerplacetheatre.org before you buy your tickets (don't buy online) and we'll make the arrangements. 

I use a walker or a wheelchair

It's all 1 level from the parking lot, through the box office doors and into the theatre. We have several spaces available in the seating for wheelchairs. Ushers can help you into a seat and then place your walker nearby. Restrooms are on the 2nd level. There is a 1-person elevator from level 1 to 2. An usher can assist. 

Can Summer Place Use Some Help?

Yes! How did you know!?! We've kept our ticket price low so everyone in the community can enjoy the arts. If you have enjoyeed Summer Place and can afford a little extra, please consider adding a donation to your order. It goes to building sets and renting costumes and paying royalties to the playwrights. If you'd like to help by volunteering, we need a run crew to make scene changes happen and we need ushers.
