2018, our 52nd season: Happy 200th Birthday, Illinois!
2018 is Illinois' Bicentennial Celebration -- the 200th anniversary of our statehood! In recognition of this celebration, all of this year's shows have some roots in the state. We're starting the season with a special musical revue opening March 23 at Central HS Little Theatre.

We took our title from the state song - yes, there is one - and will be singing songs about Illinois or by Illinois artists. It's an original creation for Summer Place by our own Cynthia Lauren Grant, who gave us the hit "50 Years of Musicals" for our golden anniversary and who directs the Summer Place Singers.
