Join Us at the St. Paddy's Parade!

Summer Place Theatre is taking part in the West Suburban Irish St. Patrick's Day Parade again this year -- and we want YOU to march with us!

Board and committee members, past cast and crew, future cast and crew, and friends of all of the above are all invited to help us spread awareness of Summer Place Theatre and our upcoming 2019 season.

Meet us in Naperville North High School's south parking lot on Saturday, March 16. The parade steps off at 10:00a, but since we are situated toward the end, you can probably arrive around 9:30a and still have time to find us and prepare. We are entry #90 of 100. Look for the orange Honda Fit sporting a Summer Place sign.

While marching, we will be passing out cards to parade-watchers with this season's show information. The temperature is supposed to be around 40º, so please dress for the weather + the exercise. If you wear gloves, pick a pair that will let you can handle cards.

Since our theme this season is "Escape to the Islands," please try to dress "tropical" -- with your long johns underneath as necessary! Think floppy hats, crazy sunglasses, tropical print shirts, Hawaiian leis, etc. Of course, green and shamrocks are also be a nice seasonal touch.

Even though we have been around since 1966, there are many people who have never heard of us -- and many who didn't know we were still producing shows! This is one way for us to get in front of a lot of Naperville folks and remind them who are.

We look forward to having you join us! Sláinte!
