Summer Place, Inc. Welcomes Christina Peck to the Board of Directors

Social Media enthusiast takes over the Publicity Committee

Summer Place, Inc., Naperville's Community Theatre since 1966, is pleased to announce that Christina Peck has joined our Board of Directors as Director at Large and head of our Publicity Committee.

We first met Christina when she and her husband Jason auditioned for the 2019 production of South Pacific. Already having performed in other theatres, their talents were obvious, and once cast, they both dove in with all four feet! They took on extra roles and responsibilties, graciously opening their home to cast parties, and Christina led the online publicity efforts on Facebook and Instagram.

2020 kept us all offstage, but the Pecks still offered us their talents doing a remote, streamed performance for our Songs of Hope online production.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. She works as a high school special education teacher and is currently pursuing her Master's in Principal Preparation through Concordia University Chicago. 

We welcome her to our Board and wish her luck in directing our theatre company into the future.
