He would like to thank the cast and crew for making this a rewarding experience. Some of his other acting credits include; The Pirate King in The Pirates of Penzance, Claude in Hair, Raul in Extremities, and Judas in Godspell. Christopher Lambros (Judas) most recently appeared as Lt. Cable in South Pacific. He is a graduate of Northwestern where he performed Levi in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Other favorite roles include Tin Man in The Wiz, Paul in Barefoot in the Park, and Freddie in George M. His next project will be Sid Sorokin in The Pajama Game with Buffalo Grove Performing Arts Society. Terence McLaughlin (Pilate) most recently performed as Cinderella's Prince in Into The Woods. He has also performed with Pheasant Run as Magaldi in Evita. Some of his other acting credits include; Curley in Oklahoma, Tevye in Fiddler On The Roof, Hortensio in Taming of the Shrew and Linus in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. He is in Retail Sales and is completing a Master of Arts degree. Keith M. Cornell (Herod) has acted and directed with Tempo Players for 11 years. His favorite acting roles include; Moonface Martin in Anything Goes, Jerry/Daphne in Sugar, Fr. O'Reilly in Do Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up? and The King in The King and I. Keith's has enjoyed directing Baby, Vanities, The Miracle Worker and Is There Life After High School? Marie Svejda (Mary Magdalene) is a member of the International Thespian Society and a student at Waubonsie Valley High School. You may remember her as Consuelo in our production of West Side Story last summer. Some of her acting credits include; Bloody Mary in South Pacific, Carol Blanca in Up The Down Staircase, and Connie in Give My Regards To Broadway. Tom Ulbrich (Caiaphas) has been in many other musicals, one of which was the other religious musical, Godspell. You may remember him as Lloyd Dallas in The Summer Place's production of Noises Off last summer. He has also had roles in Catch 22 and Cheaper By The Dozen. For the past fifteen years, Tom has been a teacher and theatre director for Naperville Central High School. Christopher R. Hickman (Annas) had spent years doing children's theatre, but did not have time for it in high school. He was introduced to community theatre by a friend and has been busy ever since. His recent performances include; Merriman, the butler in The Importance Of Being Earnest, The Russian soloist in Fiddler On The Roof and Guisseppe Zangara in scenes from Assassins for VTG. Matthew Vesic (Priest) has appeared in the role of Judas in the Morton High School production of Jesus Christ Superstar and the apostle James in the All State cast at the Illinois High School Theatre Festival. He was last seen at The Summer Place as a member of the ensemble in our production of Big River. Matt is a high school senior. Andrew W. Lambertson (Peter) has had roles in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for Summer Stage in Aurora, Broadway Bound a semi-professional review, Most Happy Fella for Tempo Players. Andrew was a soloist with the Notre Dame Glee Club from 1986 - 1989. He works as an attorney for Dommermuth, Brestal, Cobine & West, Ltd., in Naperville. Mark R. Fay (Simon) was last seen in last years production of Noises Off in the role of Tim. Some of his favorite roles are, Oscar in The Odd Couple, both Huckabee and Bellamy in The Fantasticks, McMurphy in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Mark works on the cardio-vascular floor at Edward Hospital and is marrying his sweetheart Luanna this September. Mary Ellen Mate (Maid by the Fire) has performed with American Entertainment Production in Rag Time To Rock. She has choreographed Guys And Dolls and Once Upon A Mattress for Plainfield High School. Mary Ellen is a creative arts assistant at Community Christian Church in Naperville and works as a substitute teacher in both the Wheaton-Warrenville and Naperville school districts. Andrew J. Krier (Apostle) was in our production of West Side Story last summer and has had the lead in Oliver twice, once in Minnesota and once at Naperville Central. Some of Andrew's other roles have been Conrad Birdie in Bye, Bye, Birdie, Enoch Snow in Carousel, Bouley in Damn Yankees all for Naperville Central. He is employed at Sales & Marketing Services, Inc. in Downers Grove. Garth Lawson (Apostle) Has worked with The Summer Place only once before. He was the barber in Born Yesterday. He is active both on and off stage with Community Players at Community United Methodist Church. Garth is employed by Ameritech in Lombard. George A. Myrick (Apostle) has been very active in theatre having had roles in Cabaret and Godspell, for Grove Players; Play It Again, Sam, The Fantastiks, Witness For The Prosecution, Same Time Next Year, for Morris Theatre Guild. George has also performed with Joliet Drama Guild in Oliver and HMS Pinafore. When not involved in a production, George works as a Human Resources Professional. Rollin Roath (Apostle) has played Jack in Into The Woods, Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, Roger Sherman in 1776, and 2 musical reviews at Pheasant Run Resort. Rollin has choreographed Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for Wheaton North High School and was a job coach for students from both Naperville Central & North. He is now employed as a guest service associate with Marriott. Patrick Sarb (Apostle) has played Felix in Fabulous Fable Factory, Abner Yokum in L'il Abner, Prof. Harold Hill in The Music Man, Fred Narracot in Ten Little Indians, Bernardo in West Side Story, Captain M. A. Markinson in A Few Good Men and Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street. Adam W. Weiler (Apostle) was last seen at The Summer Place in West Side Story and has performed in such high school musicals as Bye, Bye, Birdie, Hello Dolly as Barnaby Tucker, South Pacific as Luther Bills, and Big River as the Duke. Adam has also played Owen Musser in The Foreigner, at St. Mary's College and will be a sophomore at University of Notre Dame in the fall. Steve Wiesbrook (Apostle) has appeared on The Summer Place stage in Kismet in 1990, Hello Dolly in 1983 and Godspell in 1980. Steve is a teacher at Naperville Central High School. Chad Lawson(Apostle) has acted in Never Surrender as Crispin Hawke, Romeo And Juliet as Tybalt, You Can't Take It With You as Tony, Jesus Christ Superstar as Jesus, Anything Goes as the Captain, The Crucible as Giles Corey. Chad has also been in the chorus of both Brigadoon and West Side Story. He is a junior at Illinois State with a major in telecommunications and a minor in theatre. Kirk Price (Apostle) has served on the tech crew of Tempo Players for their 93-94 season. He has an MBA from Lewis University and works as a controller for Revere Electric. This is Kirk's first show since performing in Funny Girl in high school. Bridget Kathleen McManamon (Soul Girl) played the part of Rosalia in last year's production of West Side Story. Other credits include, Rosie in Bye, Bye Birdie and the Broadway Bound Player singing troop. Bridget is a graduate of Waubonsie Community College and is now attending Northern Illinois University. Diane Ladley (Soul Girl) has an extensive theatre background having had roles in Sugar, Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up, The Sorcerers Apprentice, Alice In Wonderland, Quilters, Side By Side By Sondheim, Sweeney Todd and Evita to name a few. Diane's favorite role was that of Henry in The Fantastiks. She will be directing Ghost Stories In The Park In The Dark for Summer Place this fall. Jennifer Hintz (Ensemble) was most recently seen in Follies at University of Illinois, where she is studying vocal performance. Other roles include the narrator in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Polly Peachum in Threepenny Opera, a chorus member in 42nd Street. Jennifer has also performed in Amahl And The Night Visitors, Godspell, Damn Yankees and West Side Story. Cristi Jessee (Ensemble) has played Alan's mother in This Is A Test, Jaquelynn in Little Red Snares The Wolf, Sally Forth in Saloon Keeper's Daughter. She has also had roles in West Side Story, Up The Down Staircase, South Pacific. Cristi is a student and also works as a waitress at Caffe Trieste and as a sales associate at Lingerie Cacique. Mary Claire Morr (Ensemble) is a junior speech communications major at Miami of Ohio, where she competes on the speech team. She made her Summer Place debut 11 years ago in Rumpelstiltskin, but more recently she has been seen as the "Somewhere" soloist in West Side Story and as Jo Harper in Big River, Kismet and in Pirates Of Penzance. Kathy Racine (Ensemble) was last seen in Grove Players production in Robin Hood as Lady Quigley, and has served as assistant director for Summer Place's production of My Fair Lady. Some of her favorite roles include, Mama Rose in Gypsy, Young Sally in Follies, Yente in Fiddler On The Roof, Essie in You Can't Take It With You and Pamela in The Uninvited. Kathy works as a reservation agent for Mayflower Tours. Linda Lee Metz (Ensemble) is appearing for the third time with The Summer Place. She previously appeared as Sandra in A Thousand Clowns, and in the ensemble in Big River. Linda has worked with other theatre groups, such as Grove Players, Theatre of Western Springs. Some of her favorite roles include the girl in Veronica's Room and Bessie in The Corn Is Green. Joey Svejda (Ensemble) has appeared in South Pacific as sailor Richard West, and in a student directed one-act called Ascension Day as Danny, both for Waubonsie Valley High School. Jeff Knizner (Ensemble) played Mr. Gibbs in Arsenic And Old Lace, Rogers in Ten Little Indians, Lt. Daniel Kaffee in A Few Good Men, Oscar, the piano player in 42nd Street. Jeff has also had roles in South Pacific, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Mame. He works at a movie theater part-time. Aveline Katherine Valvano (Ensemble) has been very active with theatre at Waubonsie Valley High School. She has played Francisca in West Side Story, Francine Gardner in Up The Down Staircase and Ensign Janet MacGregor in South Pacific. Aveline was in our production of West Side Story last summer as Teresita. Angela Simonetta (Ensemble) was very involved in dance groups and performances while she was in high school. In 1993 she was cast in the part of Alice in You Can't Take It With You. Angela is now employed as an elementary school teacher. Jan Mahlstedt (Director) holds a BFA in theater and a teaching certificate in speech from Illinois Wesleyan Univ. Since moving to Naperville in 1973, Jan has been involved in more than 60 productions as actress, choreographer or director. Luckily her husband, Craig, shares her love of the theatre too. The Mahlstedts can also be found cheering at son Curt's baseball games. Sheri Davis (Assistant Director) has worked as actor, director, choreographer and other various roles in local community groups for over 10 years. She is currently in her second year as President of The Summer Place Board. Recent roles have included Mrs. Clackett/Dotty in last years production of Noises Off and Kate in Other People's Money. Sheri lives in Naperville with husband Dan and sons Brad and Colin. Jim Molina (Music Director) is a graduate of Roosevelt University's Chicago Musical College with degrees in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. He is currently co-director, owner and instructor at the Oakbrook Terrace School of Music.
